If you would like to return and refund/exchange part or all of a recent order, we are here to help.

We accept returns for a refund or exchange on unused items, once received within the first 30 days of purchase and after inspection (see Exceptions and Conditions below).

If there is a request to return a product for any reason other than an error on our part, we ask the customer to arrange and pay the return shipping costs to one of our receiving locations within the QUEBEC region.

IMPORTANT: We do NOT accept the return of used items (unless they are defective and returned within the first 30 days). This is due to safety and hygiene issues related to the products we sell. We cannot do anything for a properly working product if it has been used (in such a case a refund or exchange is not possible. The used product will be disposed of as we never sell second-hand or refurbished products at nine).


Exceptions and conditions:


Any damaged, defective or missing order shipping items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

 

Please note that we are NOT responsible for frozen contents. As Canadians, we can all understand that our great country can get very cold at times, and we ask our customers to please take this into account when ordering products that may freeze after delivery.

If there appears to be a technical problem or product defect with the delivered item, the customer SHOULD NOT attempt to disassemble, disassemble or repair the product themselves (beyond very basic and standard product adjustments, as identified in any product). manuals included), as the responsibility for any product related issues may lie with the customer and Artist Shop will not be authorized to accept the return of the product for replacement or refund. All items for which a refund is requested must be received at the head office within 30 days of the original purchase.

Customers must use Canada Post to return items.

We do NOT accept returns of used items. This is due to safety and hygiene concerns related to the personal beauty and wellness products we sell.

All items must be returned with original packaging, manuals, accessories, warranty cards and in unused condition as received.

All returned items must be received and pass examination before approval for refund or exchange will be granted.

The order package is unclaimed, rejected or sent to the wrong address.

Please note that unclaimed order packages, order packages sent to the wrong address, or undeliverable order packages due to error or omission of information on the part of the customer will result in the package being returned to Artist Shop by the carrier. In such cases, the carrier will apply additional charges for return delivery to Artist Shop.

Additionally, in such cases, if the customer desires a cancellation and refund once the return is completed, a refund will be issued less a fee of between $30 and $80 (depending on location) to cover shipping costs round trip.

Finally, if the customer wants the package re-shipped to them again (to the correct delivery address), they will then have to pay an additional invoice between $30 and $80 (depending on location) to cover BOTH return shipping costs. additional. shipper's shipping costs AND sending the 2nd package to the customer.


Incorrect or defective item received:


 When an item delivered is incorrect or defective, Artist Shop covers the return costs and immediately provides you with a prepaid shipping label. Once the defective or incorrect items are returned to us, we will ship the correct items to you. In cases of incorrect or defective items, we do not issue refunds but rather expedite shipping of the correct item.

However, please note that if after receipt and inspection of the returned product, it is judged that the returned product does not actually meet the conditions for free return (for example, the product is not defective), then the return shipping costs you will be billed. Additionally you are responsible for the shipping costs of the item.

30 days or less:

If your product is covered by a manufacturer's warranty (e.g. electrical appliances), and within the first 30 days of product purchase, a product defect develops, please contact us (orders@beautywellness.ca) and we will do it. be happy to resolve your product issues and provide product warranty support depending on the situation (this is a general agreement with manufacturers for the first 30 days).

 

After 30 days:

If your product is covered by a manufacturer's warranty (e.g. electrical appliances), and you have a product defect that occurs AFTER 30 days of your purchase from us, you will need to obtain your product warranty support directly from the manufacturer. . You can always contact us (orders@beautywellness.ca) and we will be happy to provide you with the appropriate contact details and guidance for you to connect directly with the manufacturer for your product support.


Return for other reasons:

Return and Refund Steps:


1) The customer sends us an email:

To start the return process, the customer first sends us an email request via contact@barberartistshop.com. Within this request email, the customer is asked to identify:

The original order number (#)

The specific product(s) to return

The reason for returning

Customer's full name and phone number


2) We respond with the shipping address and return instructions:

We will contact the customer by telephone or email to confirm our understanding of the request and outline applicable return shipping instructions.


3) The customer ships the return:

The customer will return the product to our headquarters, based on the instructions provided.


CUSTOMERS MUST USE CANADA POST TO RETURN ITEMS.
